I’m Summer Swanson, the heart behind Heart Rocks Poms. For over 15 years, I’ve dedicated my life to raising Pomeranians with love, purpose, and intention. What began as a love for one very special dog grew into a program focused on health, temperament, ethical breeding, and lifelong support for every puppy and family.
Every puppy here is raised in my home, surrounded by daily care, handling, and love from the very beginning. My goal is not just to raise beautiful Pomeranians, but confident, well-loved companions who are ready to become cherished members of their forever families

Every puppy that enters this world in my hands matters. I've celebrated first breaths, first steps, and joyful go-home days. I've also spent sleepless nights beside tiny puppies, fighting alongside them when every minute counted. I've experienced heartbreak and loss, and those moments have only strengthened my commitment to becoming the best breeder I can be.
Every success reminds me why I started. Every loss reminds me why this responsibility should never be taken lightly.
My dogs are my family before they're ever part of a breeding program. They live in my home, share my daily life, and each one leaves a permanent paw print on my heart. Every litter is planned with one goal in mind: to produce healthy, happy Pomeranians with wonderful temperaments who will bring joy to their families for years to come.
